My real name is not Kate. It's not Katherine, or Kaitlyn, or Katrina, or anything like that either. Just so we're clear, and you don't accidentally mistake me for someone I'm not, because that can just be awkward.
I don't use this LJ. I've had it for a long time, and never in its history have I actually used it as a journal/diary/blog. It was a writing journal for a little while, but then a lot of things in my life changed all at once, as life has a tendency to do, and so ... well, obviously it's not a writing journal anymore. The posts are still there if, for whatever reason, you felt the inclination to read them, but I don't update anymore. Also, the meme, fragments, is dead, too.
I have been thinking about using this LJ to post bits of writing - namely chapters of a story I've been working on randomly. It may or may not happen. Don't hold your breath.
I currently use this as a way to keep up with friends' LJs. Friends who tend not to update, but you know. It's probably more of a contingency thing.
I have a bad habit of saving icons and forgetting where I got them from, so if anyone knows who made any of my userpics, please let me know! I would love to give them due credit.
